Send letters from your own system
If your case management, billing or CRM system already knows who needs a letter, it can send one. POST a PDF and an address to our API and we print, fold, frank and post it. Each letter is charged to your prepaid balance as it is accepted, so there is no invoice to reconcile and nothing to approve.
PDF in, letter out
One request per letter. We count the pages from the file itself and price it against the same rate card as everything else on this site.
Prepaid, with a ledger
Top up by card or bank transfer. Every charge, refund and top-up is a line you can read back over the API.
Safe to retry
Send an idempotency key and a retried request returns the original letter instead of posting a second one.
