Track

Where’s your letter?

Enter the order reference from your confirmation email. On tracked and signed services we show the Royal Mail tracking number too.

Reference looks like SLO-A1B2C3D4

Order tracking opens alongside checkout. Until then, email [email protected] quoting your reference.

What each status means

Every letter moves through these in order.

Paid

Payment taken. The letter is queued for the next print run.

Printed

Printed, folded and sealed at our UK facility.

Posted

Franked and handed to Royal Mail. The delivery clock starts here.

Delivered

Confirmed by Royal Mail. Only tracked and signed services report this.

A letter can also end as Returned if Royal Mail could not deliver it, or Cancelled if it was stopped before printing.

What tracking shows

  • The status and the service the letter went by.
  • The town and country it was addressed to — never the recipient’s name or full address.
  • The Royal Mail tracking number, where the service carries one.

A reference is enough to look up an order, so we deliberately keep what it reveals to a minimum. Anyone who has your reference should not be able to learn who you wrote to.

No tracking on every service

Second Class and First Class are untracked — Royal Mail does not scan them, so there is nothing to report beyond the date we posted it. If you need to prove delivery, choose a Signed For or Tracked service.
