Questions people ask
How far ahead can I choose?
Up to five years, and at least a week. Anything sooner is an ordinary letter, which we already do better and cheaper.
What happens to my letter until then?
It is held encrypted in the database, and printed only on the morning it is due to go out. Our usual housekeeping, which deletes old letters, deliberately skips anything scheduled.
What if I move house?
Tell us before the send date and we will change the address. After it has gone out, it has gone out — the same as any other letter.
What if I change my mind?
Ask us to cancel any time before the send date.
